Budder came here as a foster but has serious issues that make him unlikely to ever be adopted so he has stayed here where it's quiet and he can heal. It has been a slow process and it is unimaginable what all he suffered before being rescued. Despite his emaciated condition when he was brought in, he's actually a very picky eater and the CCP SuperGravys have helped with that a lot!
