1- If you made your purchase directly from ClearConsciencePet.com/shopping, and you or your pet are not happy with the product that you purchased for any reason, we want to know so we can respond personally and make it right. Our customer satisfaction track record consists of over 99% satisfied customers; but we take ALL customer dissatisfaction with the utmost seriousness, and we are committed to open and transparent customer communication as part of the Clear Conscience Pet philosophy of CUSTOMER RESPECT. To resolve your issue, we will offer additional support and better guidance on the optimal use of any given product. If this does not resolve your issue, we will offer you the choice of an exchange for a different product of your choice with comparable or greater value shipped freight-free, or a refund of the price you paid for the product. We regret that we can not offer refunds of shipping charges unless a product is determined to be defective. In some cases, you may be asked to return a product to us or provide additional information to help us to continually improve our overall customer satisfaction. Products with date codes past expiration or "Best By" dates are not eligible for replacement or refund unless you have proof of purchase within 30 days of the product expiration date. 2- If you made your purchase from an authorized Clear Conscience Pet retail store or an authorized third party online retailer rather than directly from ClearConsciencePet.com, you should return the product to the point of purchase since we support our authorized sellers through our business partner guarantee policy. If you can not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, please contact us through info@clearconsciencepet.com and we will investigate and if necessary intervene with the goal of resolving your dissatisfaction.
